IMPERIAL LAGER
BERN
During the early Middle Ages Verona was ruled by Dietrich von Bern, better known as Theodoric of Verona, the King of the Ostrogoths (Teodorico da Verona): Bern was the ancient Teutonic name used for defining the city of Verona.
Now, this name refers to a pure malt beer which follows the typical Bavarian style and is produced with the double-decoction mashing method. Honey and bread crust hints make the drop satisfying and the full malty taste predominates.
